A picture named SonoPak.jpg

This is a wonderful thing. Along with my digital recorder, I carry it around with me in my computer case. You never know when you might find the perfect sound. However, when I returned from Ohio last month, the leads from one of the microphones had come loose. It was a delicate soldering job, a bit too much for me to attempt, so I sent an email to Brewer Instruments and asked if they would repair it. They did, free of charge. As I was packaging it to send to them, I noticed that the label had come loose from the leather bag. Apparently, so did they because they repaired it too. I say all this because quality service has become the exception and when people unconditionally stand behind their products I am delighted.

So, if you just Googled "SonoPak," thinking about buying one, I hope you found this link.
