Update: CBLDF to Appeal Texas Case to US Supreme Court
The governing board of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund voted unanimously to ask the US Supreme Court to overturn a Texas court's conviction of a Dallas comic store owner for selling properly-marked adult-oriented material to consenting adults.
