Bush's mgmt scorecard: E-gov gains
I like the simplicity of this red-light/yellow-light/green-light Bush administration scorecard, which effectively shows how agencies are doing vis a vis one another in meeting administration goals, including e-government. For some reason, as of this writing the Bush admin hasn't posted its latest scorecard yet: I'll give 'em a grade less for being late. Meanwhile, GovExec.com gets an A for creating their own version, above. If you're interested in the story, it's here (Federal Computer Weekly also has a version, while Government Computer News has another).
