Icebreakers

Phew, gotta watch the search engines using this term, I have already checked out three singles web sites, in my search for some "icebreakers" in the formal meeting sense. Not the cruising for sex sense. So here goes on the much more tame interpretation of the term "icebreakers.

The first relevant resource I found was at:

http://www.openconcept.ca/mike/poped/icebreakers.html

referenced in this were some icebreakers used by the "Ozone Protection Workshop":

http://www.openconcept.ca/mike/poped/ozone.html#sect1

or the "Sustainable Transportation Workshop":

http://www.openconcept.ca/mike/poped/transportation.html#Opening

Now we're talking Icebreakers that include beer, hope they have a 5% minimum:

from Dave's ESL Cafe comes some more icebreakers:

for some really expensive, corporate oriented icebreakers try this web site:

http://www.business-marketing.com/store/icebreakers.html

Nuclear Powered Icebreakers:

Now we're talking radioactive activities at:
http://www.nti.org/db/nisprofs/russia/naval/civilian/icebrkrs.htm

Organization oriented activities at:

http://www.nwlink.com/~donclark/leader/icebreak.html

From Wisconsin, comes some more sinless icebreakers. OK OK, I am getting bored, and thinking I want to go back to the singles sites. But oh no, can't do that so here's the URL:
http://www.uwm.edu/Dept/SOAR/Lead/Icebreak.html

yet more icebreaker sites:
http://www.scn.org/ip/cds/cmp/modules/tm-ice.htm

OK, my son just called me a dork for doing this research! But honest to god, this is work! OK, so the dork keeps doing his work, here is yet another link:

Some Finnish Icebreakers can be found here:
http://virtual.finland.fi/finfo/english/icebreak.html

and now brought to you by the "World Union of Jewish Students-WUJS":

The Buffalo Sabres Oxygen Icebreakers:

OK, so sue me I'm Canadian, and hockey beats more of these icebreakers!

Physical Icebreakers that include the use of rope!

Gotta admit, icebreakers in the meeting sense are not my cup of tea or stein of beer sort of thing, but for those of us that have to do this formal meeting icebreaker thing, I hope this list helped you out a bit.
