Teambuilding Exercises

It was interesting to note that in my search of the Internet using the terms "teambuilding exercises" as an exact term that there seemed to be more commercial entries offering teambuiding services, than there were public listing of resources. Could this be because teambuilding is a new corporate fad, and there is a fair amount of lucrative business out there for so called "Corporate Team Building Exercises"? Hmmmmmm
