I don't quite understand why some localities would broadcast while others don't. In the article it mentioned something about the White House not wanting to alarm the nation by making a big deal of this. But isn't going to war a big deal?
Bush stated he didn't want to lose one American life in this conflict. The point I'd like to hear about is this: what's the estimate on American military lives lost. I'm sure they have one. Makes me wonder whether the White House is hesitant to release that info &, if so, why?
