Thou shalt not steal (presidential elections, Iraq's oil, billions of American taxpayers' dollars for Halliburton and other war-profiteering subsidiaries of BushCheneyCorp, etc.).

Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. (Examples of which include claiming that your neighbor has weapons of mass destruction when you know that he does not and that "We don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.")

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor's (including his oil, his land and other natural resources that belong to him).
