Life is a bowl of cherries when you're a (rich straight white "Christian") boy: So William Hubbs Rehnquist's body isn't even cold yet -- no, nevermind, it never was warm -- and George W. Bush nominates John G. Roberts, who could pass for a Mormon missionary, as chief "justice" of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Just goes to show that if you are a rich (presumably) straight white "Christian" male, you can go straight to the top, regardless of your qualifications. God bless Amurica!

Speaking of qualifications, I think that I should be made editor in chief of The New York Times. I mean, I've been blogging for about three years now.
