Kick Off
Well, Saturday was the big day. We got all weighed in and tested for physical fitness and guess what? I flunked everything. You had like a minute to do sit-ups and I could only muster 13 because they weren't crunches, they were full sit ups. Then you had a minute to do push-ups and I could only do 7. I've never been much for upper body strength. So I guess that it doesn't matter where you start: it matters how much improvement you have by the end of 10 weeks.
I'll post more later. My sister is here visiting from Kansas and I'm very happy about that. She hasn't ever been up here for a visit and I want to enjoy her company while I can.
