Tuesday: Resistance Strength Training

Ouch.  Oh my gosh.  We only worked upper body today and I honestly don't know if I'll be able to lift my arms tomorrow.  I couldn't do the full amount of repetitions for my triceps: I did better on my biceps.  And listen: I REALLY suck at doing push ups.  I did 16 today, so that's an improvement.  D was rocking on her arms, so was J.  T was late, but jumped right in there.  What a trooper, not only was yesterday her first Kick Box class, but she did an 8 hour surgery today. 

For dinner: the payoff: filet mignon and green beans.  Yum.

Monday: Kardio Kick Box

Being that this was my 5th class, I didn't feel like such an idiot today.  In fact, I could actually chuckle while watching some other newbies trying the punch combos.  I'm not saying that I look cool punching the air or anything, but I am at least a little more coordinated.

In addition to my good friend D, we also roped T and J into taking the challenge with us.  There's a whole diet thing that goes along with it, we're going to try to coordinate our eating efforts and encourage each other.
