Ouch. That's my word for the day. I know I had a good workout yesterday because I can feel it in all the right places. My hamstrings, my glutteus maximus, my quads: all really sore.
I think I'd actually be losing weight if I would stop sabotoging my diet plan. What happens is that I'll be sitting alone, after the kids are in bed, watching television and then the food commercials come on. Cereal, Chili's Baby Back Ribs, Friday's Jack Daniel Shrimp, glistening fries and steaming chicken breasts and then I'm done in for. I'm so hungry I could scream. When my husband is home it isn't so bad, but when he's out of town it is awful. I gotta go grab something to munch on. Last night it was a bowl of cereal, a ham sandwich and a little ice cream -- all after 10:00. I even tried drinking LOTS of water, I probably drank another gallon just trying to get rid of my cravings. Tonight maybe I'll just go to bed.
