SLUMP
I don't know if it is the half-way slump or what, but it is getting harder and harder to go to class. Maybe it is because progress has tapered off a little and I'm not seeing or feeling the immediate results I did at first.
However, there are a few nice improvements that I'd like to mention:
- the disappearance of the BLEG. The BLEG is the mass of fat/skin/bone that extends from your waist down to your knees in the back. It is neither the Butt or the Leg, but the massive and unappealing combination of both. I am now a proud owner of my very own butt and leg and it's great.
- no more BLOOB. The bloob is the roll of flesh and fat that is directly under the bra in the front and sometimes equals the size of the boob, though it is merely blubber. I now have a distinct rack, with a respectable roll just under the bra and there is no mistaking one for the other.
- cankle be gone. The cankle is the unshapely calf-ankle combination that I had just recently acquired. Now I definitely have a calf, and then a smaller ankle. It's good.
I may be in a slump, but at least my mommy body shows signs of improvement.
Well, off to class! ! !
