| Rayne Today Searching for dharma, in spite of the weather... Haven't left for berry picking, although the weather is clear, cool, breezy, perfect for the task; been tied up with household stuff. Check out this site, I'm taking a free class right now while on break from chores: Fathom: The Source for On-Line Learning - Fathom offers academic, certificate and free courses. I'm trying out Women Who Ruled: Queens, Goddesses, Amazons 1500-1650; contributor is Annette Dixon, Curator of Western Art at U of M's Museum of Art, course provided by the University of Michigan. Free seminars are great, 103 offerings right now, from A Clash of Ideologies? Al Qaeda, America and Academia (From London School of Economics and Political Science) to Women's Health: Not for Women Only (From Columbia University). Try it! [Note to self: check Fathom for classes in Transpersonal Psychology.] 2:55:15 PMAutumn has arrived with cold, wet feet. It's chilly here, only 44 degrees; a full moon beamed down from crystal clear skies during my 5 am walk. Everything is glazed, slick with last evening's rain and dew. I'm going blueberry picking this morning, to see if I can capture the very last of the summer in a blueberry crisp and blueberry jam. It's looking like a kind of "anti-blog" day - hands-on, not virtual. 8:06:49 AM
