WARNING: SLOW BLOGGING WEEKEND

It’s the weekend of a big family golf outing – can’t miss it, must attend.  I'll be on the course about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, on a small town country club course in the northern woods located a couple hours away from home.

Unfortunately for me and fortunately for the entertainment of bystanders, my golf game purely sucks this year.  I haven’t been playing this summer at all for some twisted reason.  In a silly effort to try and improve my odds tomorrow, I went to the range this afternoon to practice.  Big mistake; I didn’t warm up thoroughly and now I’ve got a back spasm to show for my efforts.

Wish me luck if you have any feelings for me because I’m going to be making a total ass out of myself in front of nearly a hundred friends and family members.  <sigh>

Yes, I know, I should be used to this; it’s not the first time I’ve made an ass of myself.  Not even with golf clubs.
