A crashed Salon blog server and over-commitments today meant no blogging.  Things will be slowish Sunday as well.

It looks I’m a bit behind now.  I still want to post something about the Dean MeetUp from Wednesday evening, and another bit about the crappy profiteering in Iraq by Bush’s cronies, along with more on Project Frog-Walk and the Plame scandal.  There’s so much to be said -- and I’m not even discussing the mess that Californians call politics!

From what I’ve seen in the last two weeks, the right is imploding all by itself with no help required from me.  Guess I shouldn’t worry too much about not blogging, what with all the fabulous content other bloggers have been posting.

Blogging should resume tomorrow afternoon, between housework and helping my daughter with her insect project (name insects from A-Z, draw an example and provide a small description of each insect).  Tonite’s contributions:

Now we have to index, color the pictures she’s drawn, assemble into a book; then mount and label 16 species she’s gathered for extra credit.

To think I will have to assist my son with this all over again in 4 more years.  Perhaps my daughter and I should have set up a blog for her schoolwork that my son and I could revisit when he’s her age…agh, more blogging!  What am I saying!?
