Spring is here
Well, at least the harbingers are arriving. We still have snow on the ground here.
One
of the harbingers is Spring Break, commencing in a couple of
hours. The kids have been restless and itchy for weeks; I'm glad
they're getting a much needed respite from the daily grind.
But
this means I'll be out of pocket for the next 24 hours. We're
heading to a hotel located a couple hours north of here, one with a big
indoor water park. Hubby found a good package deal and booked us
a suite for an overnight stay; we'll let the kids run amok and take a
break from fighting
over the house construction. We'll be back tomorrow evening --
kids tired, adults itchy to return to construction. A perfect
break!
