Clonaid executive and alleged clone summoned to court
A subponea was delivered to Thomas Kaenzig, a vice president with the Raelian owned Clonaid, to appear in court January 22 and to reveal the whereabouts of the mother and the cloned child. He risks being held in contempt of court if he does not comply.
If Eve does not exist, as I believe, Kaenzig has found himself in a bit of a bind, hasn't he?

Concern that science gets too secret
Scientists worry that US government concerns about biological warfare is translated into a crackdown on the free float of information and data in biotechnology. While scientists agree that some research is sensitive and should be restricted, overall scientific work depends on publications and international exchange of research results. Many scientists fear that an administration clampdown on security will stifle this.
