Church child sacrifice

New Hampshire police suspects a couple planned to sacrifice their three children at the altar of the church.

Police said Mancini told them that Jesus sacrificed himself for her, so she was going to sacrifice the boys to free her soul.

Religion is crazy enough for sane people.

Robbers took bank checks

Two men robbed a Kansas City pastor, but weren't too worried about leaving behind clues for the cops:

The Rev. Tony R. Caldwell was short of cash, so he offered to write each man a check for $150. The men agreed, making certain the pastor knew the correct spellings of their names.
