It is probably a sad reflection of our times that an increasing number of celebrities are simply celebrities. They aren't famous for being successful artists, musicians, athletes or actors. They just are famous, for some reason or another, and people will follow their ups and, in this case, downs with interest, curiosity and glee.
My excuse? Except the few words in the previous paragraphs, this day is simply too hot and sunny for serious blogging.
