You googled me

It did take my attention that somebody googled for Oddballs, Jesus, and Me. The person ended up in my article about the historicity (or lack thereof) of Jesus, which I guess is as close as you get.

Press shift, go to jail

When computer science student John "Alex" Halderman published an article explaining how to circumvent SunnComm Technologies' MediaMax CD-3 CD protection software (hold down shift key while inserting CD!), SunnComm's stock value fell 25%. The company then threatened to sue the student under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act(DMCA), which prohibits circumventing copy protection. The bad publicity made the company withdraw its threats, but the law as it stands makes such a suit possible.

However, it is obvious that a law that makes it a crime to tell people to press the shift key is untenable. What is next? Sue keyboard manufacturers?
