Two thousand Lego bricks, 45 minutes
Legoland California is applying for a master builder. Their representatives will travel around the US and test applicants ability to build under pressure.
“Participants will have 2,000 LEGO bricks, and 45 minutes, to create a model. The specific theme of the project will not be announced until the clock starts, so contestants will truly have to exhibit creativity, strategy and calmness under pressure,” said Patrick DeMaria, head of the building team and a Master Model Builder himself. “Each city’s competition will have a different theme.
Anyone else out there who never grew up?

Hip enough
I have friends who insist that the Tragically Hip is the best thing since sliced bread. I have listened to them, find them good, but not immensely great as they say. Since I have unfortunately never seen them live, I guess I have been missing out on the best part. Well, the second best is a live streaming concert, and I have to say my opinion is upgraded now.
