Penis stew
Sophie Matlala was shocked to find a cooked penis in her free staff food at the Pretoria hospital where she worked. Investigations confirmed it was indeed a male sex organ, but could not say whether it belonged to a human or an animal.
The experience turned Matlala into a vegetarian overnight.
