NTL Hell
NTL is not known for its positive customer relations, but a hacker or disgruntled employee managed to go beyond the usual standard when he changed the company's automatic telephone message.
"You are through to NTL customer services. We don't give a f**k about you. We are never here. We just f**k you about, basically, and we are not going to handle any of your complaints. Just f**k off and leave us alone."
The company has changed the message and apologised.
I'd actually prefer the honest approach to the usual "dial #S-U-C-K-E-R* to talk to a human (yeah right)".
