This could easily be Blog-Writing Guide which is funny because it's true.

I love this part : "Is little sister occupied with her dolls? Or music lessons?" Then tragically, "Are they collecting scrap metals and otherwise assisting the war effort?" (Well ARE THEY?) One minute Little Susie is brushing her doll's hair and the next she's forced to troll the local dump for jagged shards of metal. "Pets make good reading" indeed.

And yes, Keep 'em Smiling! (Hey 'Em!)
