Tidbits.... * We're one day out from the start of the Final Four. Tomorrow, during the Kansas game, I'll be here on Hyperbole during timeouts and halftime, typing meaningless drivel about how great/poorly the game is going, and how well the Jayhawks are playing, or, alternatively, how the refs are screwing them. In that vein, we'll talk about all sorts of stuff today on March Madness Hyperbole. *Has anyone else seen the news? Apparently, over the course of the last week the most common search done on Lycos and various internet search engines was not "sex", but....are you ready for this? "Al Jazeera." "Sex" is pretty much always at the top of the list, but the war on Iraq is changing that focus. Do you realize what this means? Thousands--perhaps millions--of men have logged on to the web, and have thought to themselves, "You know, I was planning on masturbating. But today, I think I'll watch Al-Jazeera instead." The implications are far-reaching. The popularity contest between Al Jazeera and internet porn has been hard-fought, but entirely one-sided until now. Finally, though, ol' Rosy Palm has received her comeuppance at the hands of her nemesis.
