Where's the Big Story?
Here's another thought... Why haven't we seen a connect-the-dots story yet about the players in the Bush administration and their ties to oil companies? I'd like to see a sprawling expose that would outline in detail which of them worked for which oil companies, how they got their positions on the White House team, and what projects those companies are trying to get going over there, what projects they've already begun, what ties they have to middle eastern VIPs and heads of state, etc. Does anybody know of any journalism like this out there? I suppose it would be suppressed pretty vigorously. I think that's why they want to pass that deregulation legislation for the FCC, so that we can't really dig into that kind of information. Who is doing or going to do the dirty work?
I have been trying to do a little dot-connecting. I googled "Caspian Sea pipline" and it took me to that conspiracy theory web site that I keep going back to. Someone has got to shine some light on the truth of this matter and get the information out to the general public and the rest of the world. We need a Woodward and a Bernstein and a Deep Throat for our time.
