Don't Blame The Refs
This excellent piece by Ric Bucher of ESPN the Magazine should be required reading before you think about criticizing the refs the next time you watch an NBA game.
Put it this way: The hardest-working, most knowledgable people on the court don't score any buckets or draw up any plays.
