Oh, Ballymaloe. I like my Ballymaloe Cooking School Cookbook so much that I would just like to go there, even though Darina Allen, the founder of the school, looks snobbish and mean in every picture I have ever seen of her. That may not be her fault, and Lord knows, at this stage of the game I should know better than to judge a woman by her scowl or her trendy eyeglasses.
Which one should I sign up for???
Which one would you sign up for (assuming that jetting off to Ireland for a few days / weeks was no problem)?
