Blissfull sleep returned to me and yesterday was a whirlwind, not of anxiety, but of pleasurable activity, cleaning the house from top to bottom while listening to music.  I heard Dr. Phil say on tv the other day that pro-wrestling was nothing more than "men dancing".  I don't know about that, but I do feel that when I clean, while listening to music, it's certainly a case of "woman dancing."

The music of choice yesterday was by Jay Ungar and Molly Mason.  If you are unfamiliar with them, you can listen to samples here or visit their website to find out more.  I don't imagine they compose music with housekeeping in mind, but their instruments, particular Ungar's violin in a song like "The Lovers' Waltz", sing to me of domestic happiness, thereby confirming the reviewer who points out that Ungar is "blessed with that rare knack of making his melodies move in ways that stir the listener's longings."
