Sabbath
I'm tired. For the first time since I began this blog back in December, I found myself not looking forward to posting. That means it's time to rest. It's time for a little sabbath. I'm working on a number of things, including something big for Christmas, but I need to put that kind of writing aside for a week.
In the meantime, I might drop by just to chat with you. Yeah, chatting would be nice.
A friend sent me a link to a most unusual website. I really don't know how to describe it. It's beautiful and striking and a little bit creepy. Just the right amount of creepiness to give you a feeling of awe.
But the beauty is the main thing.
I think this site expresses how I am feeling right now, with the summer heat breaking in Texas and the first hint of fall in the air. My oldest started high school, and I am already starting to feel what it will mean to lose her.
If you visit, make sure you have your speakers on because you have to hear the music and the sounds. Don't go too fast. You don't want to miss the birds. There are many pictures in each season. Click the crosses and you'll see.
Oh, one more thing. You'll want to run your mouse over every picture. Don't forget that.
