Johnny Appleseed's Orchard
Marya Morevna travels all around the blog world, leaving beautifully written comments everywhere she goes. She's managed to become well-known without having her own blog. That doesn't happen very often.
She's like Johnny Appleseed, I think. I know I'm always glad when she comes to visit. I like finding something nice growing in the comments.
She's unlike Johnny Appleseed in that she's not corny, she hasn't become a Disney character, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't wear a pot on her head.
Forget the Johnny Appleseed comparison. That was lame. It really doesn't matter anyway because Marya has launched her own blog. She's settled down and planted an orchard. There will be loss, I'm afraid. She may find that she has less time for commenting, and that will be sad.
On the other hand, It's going to be wonderful to drop by her orchard and see what she has planted. I think we will find wisdom there, seed for thought, and beauty. Always beauty.
Marya, it's about time.
