Raccoon Postscript
I have to tell you that I was surprised by the interest in my raccoon saga. I got a lot of emails, and my referral links revealed a number of blogs linking to the story. I hadn't planned on putting the raccoon stories in my archive, but I combined them all into one and posted them in "The Preacher's Stories." Why not?
I was just looking for something to write about while I finish up the work on the book manuscript. I don't want to abandon the blog for the next couple of weeks, but I doubt I'll post any serious writing.
Raccoons are still gone. I've sealed the base of our chimney with aluminum flashing material, so I think the whole thing is over.
