Taking a Small Break
I need to take a break from serious writing. My other lives are demanding all of my attention. I'm in the middle of a web design project that I must finish, and there are some other things my web design business needs from me. And I need to be thinking a lot about my church this week.
I may post some things, but if I do they will be more like journal entries. Not serious writing. The essays consume my life while I'm writing them. What if We Could Talk? for example, took all of my best focus and energy for about four days. I didn't write for four days straight, obviously, but I worked on it for four days, and it demanded the best of me. Even when I was doing other things, I was thinking about that essay.
The best of me need to go in some other directions this week.
