Pixar is Batting 1000
The Incredibles is wonderful. Pixar keeps stepping up to the plate and knocking them out of the park. I remember when we would never dream of missing a Disney movie. That stopped when Disney lost its soul and started making crappy movies like "Lelo and Stitch." Now our family awaits each new Pixar movie with eager anticipation.
I don't know the details of Disney's relationship with Pixar, but they have definitely lost the war to the new kid on the block. If you ask me, Pixar isn't doing themselves any public relations favors by associating with the Disney hacks for distribution or whatever it is that Disney does to get their name pasted onto every Pixar movie.
