Little Radio Problem...AGAIN!
I got my yearly notice from the Radio people that my blog software renewal was due. I went online and paid $39, choosing the "Salon blogs user" option from this page, which seemed logical to me. I bought the product, received my renewal code via email, and plugged it into my software.
No good. I got an error message telling me I had bought the wrong product. The minute this happened I remembered that the same thing happened last year. Somehow buying this renewal is WAY more complicated than it should be. I don't know what the problem is, but this is two years in a row I have selected the logical option and ended up with the wrong product. Repeated phone calls to customer service have not proved to be helpful. There is nothing but an answering machine and the hollow promise of a speedy response. They have my money, but my messages go unanswered. I simply asked for an email with clarification and the correct code. If they left town early for New Year's celebrations, their answering machine certainly said nothing about this.
So who knows when you will hear from me. As of Monday I will no longer be able to post. They got my money five days ago. Perhaps someone will decide to write me or call me tomorrow and give me the correct code.
<sigh>
We are back in town from my trip to visit my parents. All is well, and I'm anxious to post some stuff that I've been working on.
I will see you when the folks at Radio get their act together and respond to me.
