Prima donna: the epilogue

For those of you who were following the soap opera surrounding the final days of The Mikado: an update.

Ms. Prima Donna Opera Singer, who got fired from the production for not showing up by curtain time, has started to reap the whirlwind.  She was dropped from summer stock at Western Washington University and advised that she would have to find some other way to fulfill her final credits for a master's in theatrical performance.

Since she can't get a part around here anymore, it was further suggested that she change her major.  It's a shame.  The woman has a very good voice and better than average stage presence.  She has very likely destroyed her career by being self centered and paranoid.  She's just 24.

Those of you who are thinking that the theatrical rules don't apply to you, think again.  One very unhappy local actor has learned the hard way.

Twenty nine cents a gallon

Didn't matter how cherry your paint job was if you didn't have some mojo under the hood.
