Overheard on the Net Bruce Schneier, in the New York Times, on the increasing number of viruses and digital vandalism on the net: "There's a reason this kind of thing doesn't happen with automobiles," says Bruce Schneier, chief technical officer at Counterpane Internet Security in Cupertino, Calif.
