The Vote

By a majority vote in the House of Bishops of 62 in favor and 47 against, The Rev. Canon Gene Robinson has been affirmed as Bishop Coadjudor of the Diocese of New Hampshire.  All allegations against Robinson have been thrown out.

It has been a bloody mess getting to this point and conservative factions will be meeting, probably in October, to contemplate their next move.  I'll have more later.
