HELP!!!!!!!!

Userland has screwed me royally....the radio.exe file somehow disappeared from my computer and in the process of reinstalling I have wiped all of my www folder files.  don't ask me how...but they're gone...anybody know a way to download all of the stuff from the site or am I doomed to recreate everything?????

HELP!!!!!!!!
