And does anybody know what that little pound sign is next door to the comments link, what it does and how to get rid of it???

Well, I have finally gotten the right serial number from Loser Land and thanks to some emails from helpful folks, I have the comments working again and everything but my Cost of the War in Iraq counter working again.  It's Ash Wednesday, but I'm feeling a little resurrection action here!!  I have been told that my older stuff is somewhere out there on the salon site, but I don't know how to get it back on here so it can be accessed easily.  I'm still going to be in the do-over mode.  Thanks all, for the help.  I have one more service to do tonight and then I can devote more time to getting this site back up to speed.

Well, so OK.  I got the name back right again.  It's taken me three days to get a rise out of Loser Land and all they told me to do was to go open the serial number page and enter the serial number.  Of course I told them that I already had a serial number and it didn't work.  So I sent them another email and told them again, and I guess I'll be waiting another three days before they reply.

Maybe we need a Constitutional Amendment guaranteeing that customer relations means that the customer is always on top.

The saga continues.
