moving
i think my roomie and i found a new place :) the guy called me back today and i have a feeling he'll rent to us. we dropped off our applications tonight and he said he'll be calling tomorrow. he'll even do a six month lease so this fall i can book out to san fran with G. yay! it's all coming together. *deep sigh of relief*
the apt is in the "ghetto" but i'm not worried. the first place i moved into in mpls was ghetto-y and besides getting broken into twice (we were dumb, lived on the first floor next door to a crack house) things were fine. this apt is on the fourth floor and has a great view of downtown mpls. and HUGE windows! yay! currently we live in a basement apt so having nice big windows will be a great improvement. we can actually have plants! i'm so excited. we better get this place! oh and it's $100 less in rent for a much bigger and nicer apt! weee!
