weird dream

i dreamt that greg was all "let's have a kid now."

weirdness.

now don't get me wrong, i do want a child -someday- just not now.  or anytime soon.  we are in no way ready for the responsibility a child means.  the weird part of the dream is that greg was the one saying he wanted to have a kid.  he's more weary about the whole kid thing than me.  in my dream i was just so flabbergasted that the words "let's have a kid now" were coming out of greg's mouth.   *shock* :)

sidenote: i rarely, if ever, talk about my dreams on here, i think reading about others dreams is boring! but i just had to post this little bit.  because of the weirdness!

thanksgiving san francisco style

since we don't have any family here and our plans to get together with some friends fell through (we were all feeling too lazy to mobilize and meet up) greg and i walked over to king's diner and had cheeseburgers and shakes for thanksgiving dinner.

we were both just happy to have to the same day off together.  with our jobs, we are working opposite shifts.  greg works early mornings and i shift between 11am starts to 3pm starts.  it's hard to get use to not having the whole evening to spend together.  we were very lucky when we both worked at kieran's since we worked the same shifts and had weekends off.   but i am thankful that we at least are both working!  this is just something i have to get use to.

i'm just happy we are together, sharing our lives and adventures.  i love you baby!
