Catherine of Jejune found these wonderful creations in a store in Madison. Peeps and chocolate together. This is sugar heaven! Her taste test sounds like a job I want to volunteer for:
After I'd gotten some pictures, we commenced the taste test. My evaluation of the Peeps: Oh, yeah. The chocolate coating was thick, fresh, and rich, and blended excellently with the sugar on top of the peeps. The layers blended together well, as the marshmallow was still soft enough to be toothsome.
John....are you reading this? I want some of these next time I come to visit–stock your freezer while they’re still ‘in season’.....maybe they come in a twelve pack!
