I hate being stupid!
I came into work today all prepared to ‘catch up’ and have a normal
day after our big yearly event, only to find that my computer was infected with
the Sasser worm and was pretty much dead in the water. Yes, I know that it was
my fault for ignoring the update warnings during my time of full-tilt-boogey-no-lunch
workdays. I was playing the odds, and I lost. Bummer! So I was one of the unfortunate
ones who was locked out of the network until all the infected machines were
cleansed. How humiliating! I hate it when the IT people look at me like I’m
a complete moron!
I can get behind this one....
