Change....one person at a time
This is what it is all about. I received a comment a few days ago that put in
words what the gay rights struggle is about, and why I am blogging so much about
this issue. In response to my picture of the happy family in Massachusetts,
Pat commented:
Well, I am glad everyone is happy out there. I have changed my mind-set
considerably to support gay marriage. It occurred to me, if gay folks marry,
so what? It's no skin off my nose. It doesn't harm me in any way. And the
couples who marry seem so happy. Heck, let's let these people be happy. I
wish them the best. Congratulations, one and all ! !
