Sad News

I woke up late this morning (very late when you calculate in the lost hour).  I'd had a bad night of nightmares about someone trying to kidnap my children.  Then I heard the very sad news about David Bloom a news correspondent with NBC.

David died last night of an apparent pulmonary embolism while traveling with the 3rd infantry division in Iraq.  I have always enjoyed David Bloom's reports and his hosting of the Today show on the weekend and filling in for Matt Lauer from time to time.
