I could…but I won’t. I won’t take my lap-top with me. I’m taking a folding chair instead because nothing takes the strain off the back and knees like being able to campcook sitting down.

I’ve learned to be ruthless about weight when camping off the back of a motorcycle.I like to camp, but I don’t care much for loading and unloading gear at stops en route. I hate, a) wrestling a fully over-loaded bike up off the side stand or, b) hauling it up on the center stand.

So any way…I won’t carry a computer. Or blog on the road.

But I will add a note or two in the comments section whenever I get to a public computer. My circle route takes me from Tucson, to Page Arizona, and thence to Ogden Utah, Butte Montana, and finally the Rally site in Spokane. Homeward bound it’s Salmon Idaho, Stanley Idaho, Ketchum Idaho, Panguitch, Utah and then down through the Navajo nation to Flagstaff and Tucson.

The K75 is serviced and ready. Tomorrow I’ll be on the road again.
