Dick Jones' Patteran Pages
A patteran is a coded configuration of leaves, sticks and stones left at the roadside by Gypsies to communicate with each other. This is my digital version, left for any passers-by...

REUBEN SEMPLE JONES

1-year-old today

Reuben will not be at home to callers today.  Money, flowers, weird cardboard books, brightly-coloured plastic doo-dads of no apparent provenance which make various noises when buttons are pressed and Teletubby videos may be rushed by courier to Semple Jones Towers.

The Reubster has no special plans for the day.  He will spend some time at the swings greeting his public after which he will repair to Cafe Rouge for a light supper and a little waitress-groping.
