I quick note for now. More later. I just woke up (on days off I do sleep later than 04:00 unless I'm going surfing) and already Jan Haugland, from his other universe) is reciting the outcome of the FCC vote "yesterday" ferchrisakes. (Scroll down the right and find "Secular Blasphemy" for details with his accompanying and very appropriate rant). I realize that ten thousand people isn't a large percentage of the overall population but I do think that it represents a significant one deviation from the potential number of folks who thought "How fuckin stupid is that?" but never got off the couch to follow up. To be summarily dismissed as the collective morons that we seemingly are with airs of degage yet - unable to judge issues more complicated than deciding pizza toppings - is an insult period. Why is it that ten thousand concerned folks don't rate at least additional public hearings?
Shut up rich. Shutdown. Cool off. (Maybe I should follow suit and put up the weather pixie. I would but the pixie seems unable to follow the actual weather here all too often. Picture rich sweating at the keyboard. It's 09:40, 89 degrees F, Kona winds and I'm already pissed off).
