Where do the Best Planes Come From? This is a modified over inflated version of the Airbus 320. This one is known as the Cryoplane. I have always been used to writing about several disconnected or perhaps discon- certed items. Do I do that kind of thing on purpose? Strangely I do. So what is today's joke about? There has been some blog history of course. Brand new A-380 (The Monster) On April 2nd of this year I featured the Airbus Company from Europe that was offering a hydrogen burning aircraft development history process story. I loved this company as I have provided its stories. I have some more of it right now. In addition, what has its competition been up to lately? Hmmm. Lately the picture on the right today is the brand new Airbus 380. One might assume that this monster is in direct competition with an old Boeing 747-400. Nope not exactly. The 747 used to hold 419 passengers. The new Airbus 380 is stacked twice deep and "only" holds 555. The new aircraft is probably more efficient fuel wise than the old Boeing. Do these two pictures look familiar? Yep. They do! Will the 380 on the right eventually be modified to burn hydrogen as well?  Yes. I bet it will. Will Boeing keep up? Nope. Let's get to Boeing's doings a bit later. Is this new plane beautiful? Hah? Are we kidding? Did you own the first class King tickets or my usual in the pathetic second photo here?
